Path of All Fellowship creates immersive learning experiences in the world’s great wisdom traditions for emerging leaders. Fellows study foundational texts, undertake sustained practice, learn alongside teachers and mentors, and encounter traditions in the places and cultures that gave rise to them.
A culture in which influential people are not only technically capable, but deeply educated in the enduring questions of human life: how to live, what to value, how to face suffering, how to understand oneself, and what makes a life worth building.
02 · The fellowship
Leaders learn beside peers, receive perspective from mentors, and study with teachers rooted in living traditions.
A small cohort of emerging leaders ages 25–45 drawn from entrepreneurship, culture, science, education, philanthropy, and other fields. The fellowship is for people willing to step outside the pace of ordinary professional life and seriously examine questions that rarely fit inside it.
Not networking. Trust.
Entrepreneurs, builders, artists, scholars, and leaders who have lived through enough success, failure, uncertainty, and change to offer something more valuable than conventional career advice.
Not advice from afar. Relationship.
Scholars, practitioners, monastics, teachers, and tradition-bearers who can open a tradition from the inside—its texts, history, philosophy, practices, and unanswered questions.
Not a survey course. A real encounter.
03 · The method
Path of All is not an attempt to blend the world’s traditions into a single philosophy. Each cohort enters one tradition on its own terms and stays with it long enough for genuine understanding to begin.
Read foundational texts closely. Understand the history, philosophy, symbols, arguments, and questions that shaped the tradition.
Test ideas through contemplative, devotional, philosophical, or embodied practice rather than leaving them entirely on the page.
Study alongside a small group of fellows, mentors, and teachers over enough time for serious conversation and friendship to develop.
Where possible, travel to the places, communities, teachers, monasteries, temples, landscapes, and institutions through which the tradition is still alive.

04 · Proposed flagship cohorts
Path of All is developing three flagship fellowships. Each approaches a tradition through months of study and practice, followed—where possible—by direct encounter with the people and places connected to it.
THE WAY
An immersion in Laozi, early Chinese philosophy, and the civilization from which the Dao Te Ching emerged.
Fellows will read the Dao Te Ching closely while exploring its relationship to early Chinese thought, Zhuangzi, concepts such as wu wei and ziran, classical Chinese cosmology, and the later development of Daoist traditions.
Study is paired with contemplative practice, conversation, and historical exploration.
Possible culmination: a journey through China connected to Daoist history, sacred mountains, temples, teachers, and the cultural world surrounding the text.

THE MIND
A study of Tibetan Buddhist philosophy, contemplative practice, and the extraordinary intellectual and monastic culture of the Himalayan world.
Fellows will explore foundational Buddhist ideas alongside distinctly Tibetan developments in philosophy, meditation, compassion practice, mind training, ritual, and the relationship between teacher and student.
Possible culmination: when timing and access allow, a pilgrimage to Dharamsala and the Himalayan Buddhist world, ideally coordinated around an opportunity to attend public teachings by His Holiness the Dalai Lama.

THE COSMOS
An exploration of Hermetic philosophy, the Greco-Egyptian world, and the older Egyptian religious imagination from which part of its symbolic universe emerged.
Fellows will study selections from the Hermetic corpus alongside the philosophy, cosmology, sacred symbolism, temple culture, and spiritual imagination of Egypt.
Hermeticism flowered in the Greco-Egyptian world, drawing upon Egyptian and Greek philosophical, religious, and cosmological currents.
Possible culmination: a journey through Egypt connecting study with temples, landscapes, museums, archaeological sites, and the physical world behind the tradition.

Path of All is built through an alliance of fellows, teachers, mentors, philanthropists, scholars, hosts, and institutions. Support can fund a fellowship, open a door to an extraordinary teacher or place, mentor a cohort, or help build an institution devoted to serious wisdom education for the next generation of leaders.

Founder & Executive Director
Magnus Frable is the Founder and Executive Director of Path of All, an organization built around a simple conviction: if we can educate this generation of leaders in humanity’s deepest traditions of wisdom, we can create a wiser, happier society.
Magnus came to this work through experience rather than theory.
As a teenager, Magnus wrestled on the top-ranked high school wrestling teams in the country. The environment introduced him early to discipline, discomfort, competition, and the strange satisfaction of voluntarily doing hard things.
That instinct followed him into college as his interests increasingly moved beyond conventional academic achievement toward a more fundamental question: What actually makes a human being live well?
That question led him into philosophy, psychology, contemplative practice, and eventually intensive meditation retreats. He would go on to complete several Vipassana retreats and study and practice within Zen, Tibetan Buddhist, Bhakti, and other contemplative traditions. Through those experiences, Magnus came to see firsthand how training the mind can deeply benefit one's quality of life.
That experience planted the seed for Path of All.
After graduating from FSU with a B.S. in economics, Magnus initially planned to attend Columbia University’s graduate program in Applied Analytics. But after beginning the program, he realized that the conventional path he was pursuing was taking him farther from, rather than closer to, the work that felt most meaningful. He left Columbia to pursue that work directly.
Path of All emerged from that decision.
Magnus’s vision is to help cultivate a wisdom culture—one in which the insights developed across thousands of years of human civilization are not confined to monasteries, philosophy departments, or spiritual subcultures, but are made available to the people shaping businesses, institutions, communities, and culture.
Rather than advocating for a single religion or philosophy, Path of All creates opportunities for emerging leaders to seriously encounter multiple wisdom traditions, learn from experienced teachers and practitioners, and discover how those teachings can inform the way they live and lead.
Outside of Path of All, Magnus is a musical artist and producer based in Austin, Texas. Music provides another avenue for the same exploration that animates his work: the search for meaning, beauty, truth, and the deeper possibilities of being human.
Across disciplines—from wrestling to economics, meditation to music—his path has been unusually nonlinear. Path of All is, in many ways, the natural culmination of it: an attempt to bring ancient wisdom into modern life and help form leaders capable not only of achieving more, but of seeing more clearly what is worth achieving in the first place.
